The Cornubia Warehouse Business Estate is strategically located within Durban's northern development corridor, providing excellent access to the metropolitan road network and King Shaka International Airport. Designed for light industrial and non-noxious commercial development, the warehouse sits in a landscaped environment that accommodates logistics and flexible workspaces.

The project responds to strict height and storage regulations with a range of operational requirements expressed as a functional, minimalist enclosure clad over a robust structural steel frame. Its facade uses high-durability steel sheeting, smoke-extraction systems, and translucent polycarbonate panels anchored by a dark brick base, giving the building a unified appearance through a clean palette of deep grey tones. In contrast, the structural engineering is left exposed as an architectural exoskeleton. This provides a strong visual entry presence, reinforcing its role as a contemporary addition to the precinct.
